Understanding the Submittal List Screen

The Submittal list screen has some features designed to get you the information you need quickly. Here is a summary of how to use them.

• The Filter allows you to view just one category at a time or All Submittals at once.
• The Waiting On in center screen shows whose ‘court’ the submittal is currently in without having to open the submittal itself. It is waiting for the party listed here to take the next action.
• The Status column on the right-hand side gives you a color-coded explanation of where each submittal is.

Submittal package

The main submittal screen will have all packages rolled up and you are able to expand them as needed to see the submittals underneath each package.

• Packages are collapsed when you first go into the submittals module
• The submittals will be numbered underneath each package
• Use the ellipses (. . .) icon on the right side of Submittals to open the Submittal menus for more actions.
